Full Description

The User's Guide helps in installing and using the Onsite Design Tool for Project Planning (a Visual Basic program operating within Microsoft Access). The tool, which is essentially decision-support software, is designed to assist project teams in determining those design activities that should be performed on site, by project phase, to achieve improvements in user-selected performance measures. The tool is easy to use, and the Guide contains two case studies for easy reference.
