It is presented as a service to all organizations, government agencies, and individuals interested in aviation as well as to the helicopter designer, to whom the information is specifically directed. This material has been presented in concise indexed form to serve as generalized reference material and to provide background data for the designer. It is not intended that this be considered as proposed regulatory or specification material because it borders on maximum rather than minimum required airworthiness.
