This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of Fairfax Water Laboratory and start-up of the Student Project (SP) Program in the 1990s. The SP Program was updated in 2005 to reach kids with current technology. Goals for updating the program are presented, along with students project website, science fair project topics, Science Camp 2006, and the Earth Force 2009 Youth Summit.
