This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of a project at the University of California, Santa Cruz to demonstrate thatalternative supply is aviable option, andto illustrate somechallenges using examplecase study. Project goals were compliance and increased independence, and the project work flow included: data collection; analysis; workshop; and, reuse report. Alternative supplies and demands are presented, along with two example of projects of rainwater irrigation and rainwater toilet flushing.
