Full Description

This paper attempts to construct a cost model which can be used to prepare planning level estimates of construction costs and operation and maintenance costs and to optimize the design of brackish groundwater RO plants. The cost model is in the form of a spreadsheet and a sample RO plant cost estimate is presented.
