Full Description

This paper briefly describes the status of the ICR implementation program, provides an overview of the ICR data validation, and describes the ICR data analysis plan. The development and operation of the ICR data validation computer system is discussed. The progression of the data analysis from the planning stages, through collaborative interaction between EPA and stakeholders leading to the actual start of analysis is presented.
