Full Description
The impetus provided by the Water Pollution Control Act PL92-500, coupled with the new requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act, has spurred the development and implementation of new technologies for sludge disposal. What is needed is a cost effective and reliable means of sludge disposal that is also environmentally acceptable.
